Know Your Inspector

Having a home inspection done prior to purchasing is a very intelligent investment. Knowledge is your greatest asset in making the right decision. Choosing the right inspector is very important.

Aaron’s Home Inspections was established in 2007, the first year that Maryland required all home inspectors to be licensed in order to be a home inspector. Thirty-two hours of continuing education is required every two years to maintain the license.

I had previously worked in the HVAC industry for 13 1/2 years, during which time I also attended Rets Techincal Training Center in the evening for 2 1/2 years, becoming certified for type 2 and type 3 high-pressure systems through Ferris State University. Additionally, I have been certified in install, repairs, and service of HVAC systems since 1993. I also worked for a brief period servicing and building pools in the greater Washington D.C. area before becoming an owner of four rental properties in the Baltimore area. I even managed and participated in complete renovations of two of these properties in which one was featured on HGTV.

All of my prior experiences have made me uniquely qualified to be a home inspector.

What Our Clients have to say

Buyers

Emotion often affects the buyer and makes it hard to imagine any problems with their new home. A buyer needs a home inspection to find about all the problems with the home before moving in.

Sellers

More and more sellers are choosing to have a thorough inspection before or when they list their home. First and foremost, you should have a home inspection for full disclosure. You will have to demonstrate that you did all you could to reveal any defects within the home.

Quality Service for a reasonable price

Purchasing a home is one of the biggest investments you’ll make in your life. That’s why you’ll want a quality inspector that’ll give you the best assessment of any property you’re looking at!
